Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
61 Acting as topic owner responding for HiL project.
61 Participate in the integration and implementation of HIL projects, and engage in HIL delivery-related work, such as open-loop debugging and closed-loop debugging of HIL systems.
61 Planning and setup of test environments for various automotive electronics systems.
61 Complete the design, implementation and verification of MATLAB/Simulink models in accordance with project requirements, and conduct customized development of core simulation models such as the vehicle dynamics model, motor model and battery model.
61 Interact with various ECUs via CAN, LIN and automotive ethernet.
61 Understanding of vehicle control systems knowledge. Examples include NEV, Advanced Chassis, Body (any one domain)
61 Experience with CAN Communication Bus (standards, system architecting, and implementation).
61 Experience with Quality Engineering deliverables
61 Work with integration engineers to identify, generate and implement test cases and validation criteria for a system under test.
61 Work with Test managers to configure test setups and test runs according to the test plan
61 Work with integration to design and build test benches to test and validate and high voltage and low voltage systems.
61 Work with the relevant engineers to meet diagnostic coverage requirements.
61 Troubleshoot various systems and ECUs.
61 Develop test automation, automate test tools, generate, and improve automation scripts.
61 Run tests at various levels of integration, document and report test results
61 Document and track issues as appropriate and participate in triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Education: Graduate or Master’s Degree relevant to a Technical subject

Work experience:
- The resource should have minimum 3 to 5 years of function testing experience in chassis/powertrain/ADAS/EV domain and good using experience on mainstream toolchain like dSPACE, NI, Vector, TPT, ECU-Test, VTD, Prescan, ASM, Carsim, etc.
- Should have scripting experience in CAPL, Python, C, C# and The Mathworks Products
