Platform Operation Specialist Mission Mission Monitor the E-Invoice platform performance and stability to ensure the business continuity with speed and high quality. Analysis invoice upstream and downstream process, use problem solving professionality to propose the simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager. Who are we looking for? Bachelor or comparable educational background in accounting or IT. Have basic IT infrastructure knowledge, including server, network, security. Understand IT ITIL system knowledge with service request, incidents and change request processes. ServiceNow experience is a plus. SAP system knowledge required, familiar with master data and understand the order to cash process.
